Terms & How Delivery Works

Plain words, numbered points — so you always know exactly where you stand. Paying your deposit means you accept these terms for your project.

A. Working together

1. Your project begins with a free demo design. The full build starts after you approve the demo and the written proposal, and your deposit has cleared.
2. You may message or email me at any time — messages and email are the best way to reach me, and I reply within 24 hours.
3. You can ask about your project's speed and progress at any time, and I send you an update at every stage without being asked.
4. Calls are by appointment: let me know in advance by message or email, we agree a time, then we talk by WhatsApp or Google Meet.

B. Payments & transactions

1. Prices are shown in USD, EUR, AUD or BDT and say "from" — your final fixed price is confirmed in your written proposal. A quote stays valid for 14 days.
2. Payment stages: the 30% deposit is paid after you approve your free demo design. Starter: the remaining 70% before launch. Larger projects: 40% after you approve the full-build preview, and the final 30% before launch.
3. You can pay by Payoneer payment request, international bank transfer, or through Fiverr/Upwork. Payment details are sent privately on your invoice — never published.
4. The deposit reserves your start date. Once work has started it is not refundable, except under the cancellation points below.
5. If a payment is late, the project pauses and the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
6. Launch, source files and full ownership transfer happen only after 100% of the agreed price has been paid.

C. Delivery — step by step

1. You first see your website on a private demo link — nothing is public yet.
2. You use your included revision rounds; I adjust the design.
3. After the final payment stage, your website goes live on YOUR OWN domain and hosting accounts, so it belongs to you from day one.
4. You receive a handover pack: the live link, your login details handed over securely, a simple guide for everyday updates, and backup files.
5. Your 30 days of free bug-fix support start on launch day. A "bug" is something that does not work as agreed; a new feature is not a bug and is quoted separately.

D. Revisions & scope

1. Your package includes a fixed number of revision rounds. A revision is a reasonable change inside the agreed design — new pages, new features or a completely new direction are a new quote.
2. Extra work is always priced and approved by you in writing BEFORE it is done. There are never surprise charges.

E. Your part

1. You provide your texts, photos, logo and feedback on time. If content or feedback is delayed, the delivery date moves by the same amount.
2. You confirm that you have the right to use the texts, photos and logos you give me.

F. Cancellation & refunds

1. The one-line rule: you only ever pay for the stage the work has reached. Paid more than that stage? The difference comes back to you. Work ahead of payments? The difference up to that stage is due.
2. Cancel before work starts: your deposit is refunded in full (minus any fee the payment provider itself deducted).
3. Cancel after work has started but before the preview: the 30% deposit is the payment for that stage — no refund, and nothing more is due.
4. Cancel after the preview stage: 70% is the earned stage. Any final 30% is not due.
5. If the finished website is already built and ready to launch, the full price is due — and on payment you receive the finished website as normal.
6. Example — Business ($309): cancel before start → $92.70 deposit refunded. Cancel after work started, before preview → paid $92.70, earned $92.70, nothing refunded and nothing due. Cancel after preview approval → paid $216.30, earned $216.30, the final $92.70 is not due.
7. Refunds are settled within 7 working days, by the same method you paid.
8. Until a cancellation is settled, no files are delivered and the design may not be used anywhere else. Once settled for a stage, you receive the work as-is up to that stage.
9. Cancelling is done in writing (a message or email is enough). Within 48 hours you receive a one-page summary: work done, stage reached, paid, earned, and the refund or amount due.
10. Instead of cancelling, you may pause your project once, free, for up to 30 days. No reply for 14 days pauses the project automatically; 30 days of silence counts as a cancellation at the stage reached.
11. Fairness both ways: if I have to cancel, the same formula protects you — everything you paid for stages not reached comes back to you.
12. If you ordered through Fiverr or Upwork, that platform's own cancellation and refund rules apply instead.

G. Ownership & after delivery

1. After full payment, the website is 100% yours.
2. I may show the finished website in my portfolio, unless you ask me in writing not to.
3. After the 30-day support period, updates and changes are available through the optional care plan or as quoted one-off work.
4. I am not responsible for changes or problems caused by edits made by you or third parties after handover.

H. What you need ready — to own your website

1. An email address you control — your domain, hosting and accounts are registered with it, in your name.
2. A domain name of your own (about $10–20 per year). If you don't have one, I guide you step by step; if you already own one, I will ask you to point it to the new website (I show you how).
3. A free hosting account in your name — we create it together with your email in a few minutes, and your website lives there.
4. Your content: business name, logo if you have one, photos, menu or price list, opening hours and contact details.
5. Your WhatsApp number, if you want orders and enquiries to arrive on your phone.
6. A Google account, if you want a Google Business Profile so customers can find you on Maps and Search.
7. Everything is set up in your name — after the final payment, the website, the domain and the accounts are completely yours.

Privacy Policy

1. What I receive: if you send the contact form or message me, I receive the details you choose to give — your name, email or WhatsApp number, country, and what you tell me about your project. I collect nothing else about you personally.
2. Why: I use those details only to reply to you, prepare your free demo and quote, and — if you become a client — to build and deliver your project. Your details are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared for marketing.
3. How the form reaches me: the form on this site sends a copy to my email through FormSubmit and opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. So your details pass through those services (FormSubmit, WhatsApp and your email provider) only so they can reach me.
4. Visitor counts: this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views in total — without cookies, and without identifying you personally. It tells me how many people visited, never who they are.
5. Your display choices: this site remembers your light/dark mode, language and currency in your own browser (local storage), on your device only. They are not sent to me or to anyone else, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
6. Payments: no payment is taken through this website, and I never ask for card details here. Payment information is shared privately on your invoice only, and any card verification happens on your own payment provider's page — never with me.
7. Your rights: enquiry messages are kept while we are in contact or working together. At any time you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it completely — just send a message and I will do it.
