Our Story

Three generations, one table

Casa Verde began as a tiny kitchen run by Grandma Carmen. Today her grandchildren cook the same recipes — slowly, seasonally, and always to share.

Everything is made in-house each morning: the bread, the sauces, the desserts. If it is not in season, it is not on the menu.
